Discretionary Operations for Clients

With our in depth knowledge of local regulations and markets environments, we also extend this expertise to offer the facility for Discretionary Trading & Investment Operations to High Networth Clients who have the Monies and Inclination ,but little time to manage their Trading & Investments.

There is no conflict of interest as we do not take any Funds or Shares and are therefore not a Portfolio Management Service. We remain in an Advisory Role, with the only difference that such Clients need to Open a Broking and Demat Account with Brokers on our Panel and authorize us full discretion in all Buy and Sell Decisions executed through this Account…Clients are welcome to approach us for this facility.

Portfolio Investments in the Secondary Market by Non Resident Indians

Even Non Resident Indians can take advantage of our expertise in the analysis of the growing Indian economy and the vibrant stock market by investing and disinvesting in stocks on our recommendation. These investments if made with funds brought in from overseas are fully repatriable both in terms of principal and returns. They need to comply with Reserve Bank of India Stipulations which require them to open NRE & NRO Bank Accounts at a designated branch of a Bank, specifically for Investments in the Secondary Markets and obtain the PIS Permission through that Bank for the same. We can set these up for them as well as Open their Broking and Demat Accounts.

Through regular monitoring, performance analysis, consultation and reports and a real time Portfolio Tracker the Clients will be kept up to date on their portfolio.
