The Business Circle and the Jain community recognise and salute his charismatic nature, hard work and him being a man of word. He is actively associated with several organizations like “PLEXCOUNCIL”, “PLASTINDIA” and other plastic manufacturers associations. Mr Arvind S Chheda
At 59 he is the Heart and Soul of all Real Estate Development Ventures of the Prince Group. He has commendable foresight in spotting great Real Estate Development opportunities and has strong proven capability of leading and managing a large core team of people. His core competency includes extremely good negotiation skills to acquire properties meant for real estate development at the right price. He is well known in the Real Estate Developers and Broking community in the country.
Mr Manish M Chheda
At 38 Manish is the youngest on our Board. After successfully pursuing business management studies in USA, he returned to earn his stripes in Prince Container Pvt Ltd, the Plastics arm of the group. He currently is its Executive Director and has got excellent business networking with various other young generation entrepreneurs. He also looks after the execution and marketing of real estate projects of the Prince Group and has an excellent rapport with international as well as local brokers

He is India’s leading Technical Analyst Advisor and Trainer…and appears daily on ‘ET Now’, India’s leading Business TV Channel.He is extremely knowledgeable about market psychology and behavioral finance and his training in these fields are legendary. His wealth of experince of over 30 years in the markets comes from having been a broker, portfolio manager, Editor of a finance magazine and heading Institutional desk at large broking houses. His wide travel as a consultant for foreign institutional investors as well as constant interaction with domestic institutions and HNIs has broadened his vision multifold and he channelises all these collective wisdom for the benefit of the clients of Growth Avenues.

A Chartered Accountant and young at 41, Tushar is our Executive Director. He has a Professional career spanning over 16 years that include vital stints with Ernst & Young International , Coca-Cola India, Euro-RSCG India Pvt Ltd, Prince Group and Clear Channel India Pvt Ltd. This wealth of experience has equipped him with in depth knowledge of the Corporate Processes and Systems spanning across several sectors such as FMCG, Real Estate, Media & Entertainment, Information Technology and Financial Services. He has managed Corporate Finance, been a Strategic Business Advisor and also essayed the role of a Fund Manager in recent years. He will oversee the Corporate, Marketing and Business Development Functions for Growth Avenues.
